ICADP receives Crossroads Fund Ron Sable Activism Award

The Illinois Coalition to Abolish the Death Penalty received the Crossroads Fund Ron Sable activism Award for "carrying on with visionary imagination, fierce commitment, and a passion for justice" at an awards ceremony held on April 11, 2003.

The Coalition was the Fund's grantee recipient. A $1,000 grant was included with the award. Crossroads has funded the work of the Coalition and its Moratorium Project since 1999. Jane Bohman received the award on behalf of the Coalition.
